About Carlos

Carlos is a Technology and Agile consultant who works with organizations undergoing digital transformation. He works with people and teams to develop creative thinking and new perspectives for achieving organizational objectives. He applies the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework in business processes and operations as well as in systems development. He is a trainer and lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry and delivers engaging training sessions for corporate organizations He is skilled in Data and System Design Modelling. SQL, F Software Engineering, Information Systems, and Web Systems * He is a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy (FHEA) in the UK; has a passion to learn, teach and share knowledge through coaching and mentoring. His teaching methods are practical and learner-centered; usually incorporating a flip teaching/learning model with lots of feedback. He is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Computer Science and Engineering at VIT University, India. His area of research includes Agile Technologies, F Augmented Reality, Software Engineering, and Digital Technologies.
