Estimation and prioritization techniques form an essential part of the delivery process, allowing team members to collaborate and take decisions effectively.
In this training, startups will go through the process of forming, nurturing and collaborating in an agile team. Startups will develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean-Agile enterprise and learn about the activities, tools and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs.
