Summary

This certification will build the skills needed to become a leader or a high-performing team member and learn how to collaborate with other teams in an Agile environment. During the one-day course, attendees will gain an understanding of Scrum, Kanban and XP, how to use the practices to perform their roles. They will also learn how to write stories and break down Epics to features, plan and execute iterations, and to deliver Increments of their solution. This will also provide the necessary skills needed to deliver solutions in a rapidly transforming digital environment.
